Website scope and client agreements

These terms concern certifiedpai.com. Certified Private AI is the business name used on this site. Consulting, implementation, CPAI Engineer, Library purchases, and other client engagements require a separate agreement identifying the contracting party, scope, fees, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria. Visiting the site or sending an inquiry does not create a client engagement or authorize access to your systems.

The CPAI App, CPAI console, EOS Dashboard, and third-party services may have separate terms. A signed service agreement governs contracted work and is not replaced by this page.

Education and interactive examples

Content provides general business and technology education. It is not individualized legal, regulatory, financial, or other professional advice. Interactive examples use predefined fictional records and outputs. They do not process your business data, call a live AI model, test your security, or send the displayed documents. Operational workflows require separate configuration, permissions, testing, and oversight.

Assessments and book requests

The free 20-minute introductory call is a conversation about a business process and possible next steps. The $99 AI Readiness Assessment includes a 45-minute discovery call and written report. Its choice of benefit is described below. Implementation of a selected free service requires agreed scope, authorized access, testing, and your approval. Local LLM conformance assessment is separately scoped.

Forms open an email draft for you to review and send. An appointment is not booked until confirmed. The complimentary digital copy of Certified Private AI is offered for personal reading, not resale. A request does not trigger an automatic download. The public website does not collect payment.

Service pricing and engagement terms

Choose one benefit with your $99 AI Readiness Assessment: a $99 credit toward any tier purchase within 30 days, or one free automation, workflow, or agent.

Choose either the credit or the free service. One benefit applies to your assessment.

The CPAI Host is $299/month without PII sanitation or $499/month with PII sanitation. The sanitation tier is included with AI Employees. Call for pricing for other services; the proposal identifies setup, recurring service, usage, and additional-work charges before acceptance.

A one-year term applies only to AI Employees, the Complete Automation System, and the local LLM service. All other services, including the Host, cancel with 30-day written notice by email with a digital signature to begin offboarding.

Maintenance and quarterly conformance reassessment are included with the local LLM host service. Certification applies only to that service. Complete Automation System maintenance includes Host alignment, sanitation-list updates, and servicing of installed add-ons. Compliance modules and remaining automations, workflows, and agents are billed separately; their servicing is included once added to the system.

CPAI Engineer and technician support

Supported systems, remote access, automated actions, approval rules, ticketing, time records, coverage, response targets, and human support availability are defined in the service agreement. Around-the-clock automation does not mean continuous staffed support. The onboarding target is an estimate, subject to readiness and agreed scope.

Guided physical checks must stay within safe, approved instructions. Stop if a step is unclear or uncomfortable and request a Certified Private AI technician. Work requiring special training must be handled by a technician qualified for it, with a licensed specialist involved when necessary.

Technician rates, billing increments, discounts, and covered services are confirmed in the agreed proposal before work begins. Call for pricing. Website descriptions do not promise a fixed savings amount, resolution rate, or guaranteed outcome.

IT response-time targets run 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the client's time zone. P1 Critical: 30 minutes; P2 High: 1 hour; P3 Medium: 1 to 4 hours; P4 Low: 4 to 8 hours. After-hours service requires authorization and is billed by the hour. Restoration and resolution arrangements are discussed during onboarding.

Community discounts and initiative programs

We offer one free automation, workflow, or agent to community leaders, business owners, and Chamber of Commerce members serving the community. This community offer is separate from the $99 AI Readiness Assessment.

Discounts are available to eligible community leaders, business owners, and Chamber of Commerce members serving the community. Eligibility, the actual discount, and covered services are confirmed in the proposal.

Donated services through community initiative programs are subject to fit, capacity, and an agreed scope. Hosting, third-party charges, and ongoing services are identified before work begins. Participation in a no-fee initiative does not require a later purchase.

Library access and assessment limits

Membership starts with the first paid module. Catalog access, module availability, charges, access duration, delivery, updates, and support follow the applicable catalog and service agreement. Buying a module does not establish deployment, compliance, or certification.

The Certified Private AI standard is proprietary and its conformance certification applies only to the local LLM host service. An assessment covers a stated environment, scope, version, and date. The implementer may also be the assessor. It is not an independent audit, government accreditation, legal compliance determination, or guarantee against data exposure. A current claim requires evidence about the current system.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may browse the site and use its information to evaluate services. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, impersonate others, misuse credentials, or submit unlawful material. Do not send confidential records or credentials through general inquiry features.

Applicable intellectual-property rights and third-party licenses remain in effect. Receiving or buying a book or other material does not itself grant redistribution, resale, or branding rights. References to outside products or organizations do not imply their endorsement. External sites operate under their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors, changes, and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, general website information is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Evaluate information before acting on it. Nothing here removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, changes, and questions

See the Privacy Policy for website and inquiry information handling. Updates to these terms will carry a revised date. They do not retroactively change a separate signed agreement.
