Truc Nguyen has spent more than two decades inside business technology infrastructure. He carried a process-oriented approach into four managed service providers, helping manage and grow them as a service manager, partner, and co-founder. His work also includes complex IT transformations and leadership of engineers and technicians across enterprise environments.

When AI became practical for business, Truc saw the same pattern repeating. Teams were pasting customer data, pricing, and internal processes into public AI tools because it was faster.
