Put AI to work. Keep control.

THE IMPLEMENTATION STANDARD

Know what was checked.
Know what it means.

Certification applies only to the Certified Private AI local LLM host service. A dated assessment records whether that client environment passed the four conformance conditions.

FOUR BASELINE CONDITIONS

A defined scope.
Evidence you can inspect.

  1. 01

    One client environment

The AI application is assigned to one client. The report explains whether separation uses software settings or dedicated physical equipment. A private cloud account does not itself mean dedicated hardware.

  2. 02

    Client control of administrative access

The client controls who can administer the system and can approve, remove, and review administrative access. Vendor access requires explicit client approval and may remain active within that authorization. Vendor personnel must use separate, individually assigned accounts to access the host, and their administrative activities must be logged. Access must be revoked when authorization ends. Ideally, the vendor is an IT service provider. Any cloud-provider administrative role is disclosed separately.

  3. 03

    Records and recovery checks

The assessed system records selected events and has documented responsibilities, review plans, and evidence that backups were checked. The report states what was tested.

  4. 04

    Client-approved AI settings

The report identifies the models, where each processes information, and approved outside connections. A request to an outside model remains outside processing.

THE RECORD

What you should receive.

  • The assessed environment, scope, standard version, and date
  • The assessor and any relationship to the implementer
  • Results, supporting evidence, exclusions, and unresolved issues
  • Separate results for any optional capability assessed

Issue a Certificate of Conformance only when all four baseline conditions pass for the named system on the assessment date. An earlier certificate is a historical record. A claim about the system today requires evidence about its current setup.

MAINTENANCE AND REASSESSMENT

Changes need
current evidence.

Models, permissions, connections, and infrastructure can change after implementation and bring the environment out of alignment. A certificate records what passed on its date. The local LLM managed service includes maintenance and quarterly conformance reassessment. Recertification is optional.

Other services, including the Complete Automation System, receive maintenance and Host alignment under their agreements. They are not certified by this local LLM assessment.

ASSESSMENT LIMITS

Separate the claims.

The implementing business may also perform the assessment. This is disclosed self-assessment, not an independent audit.

A purchase or membership does not verify an optional module, legal obligation, or workflow. Sanitization, orchestration, and external hand-off controls need their own defined scope and tests when included.

The certificate is not government accreditation, a legal compliance determination, or a guarantee against data exposure. Certification language and related agreements remain subject to ongoing legal review.
