Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you browse this website, request a book, or contact Certified Private AI.
Updated October 16, 2026
Scope and contact
This policy covers the public website at certifiedpai.com and inquiries received through its published contact details. Certified Private AI is the business name used on this website. Client systems, the CPAI console, the CPAI App, EOS Dashboard, and contracted services may involve additional information handling covered by their applicable notices and agreements.
For privacy questions, email [email protected], call (888) 796-8280, or write to 1500 S Dairy Ashford Rd, Suite 207, Houston, TX 77077.
Contact and book-request forms
The forms prepare an email draft on your device. They do not send your entries to a website form-processing service or save them in the site's browser storage. Your browser or email application may retain information through its own features.
If you send the draft, we receive the name, email address, company, message, and scheduling preferences you include. Your email provider also processes the message. We use this information to respond, arrange an AI Readiness Assessment or introductory call, discuss requested services or community programs, fulfill book requests, and maintain relevant correspondence. No appointment is booked until confirmed.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, patient records, tax records, or other confidential information in a general inquiry. Request an approved secure channel when sensitive information is needed.
Call links open your device's calling application. If you place a call, your telephone provider processes it and we receive the contact information and inquiry you share.
Website access and cookies
Delivering and protecting the website may involve hosting logs containing IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser details, and security events. Hosting infrastructure and your browser operate separately from the inquiry forms.
The public site's code does not set advertising cookies, include third-party analytics scripts, or save form entries in local storage. Fonts and images are served with the website. This describes the public website, not the separate apps or external services linked from it. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change the public site's behavior. Any privacy choice required by applicable law remains available.
Interactive examples and external links
The interactive examples use predefined fictional records and run in your browser. They do not ask you to upload client records or send the displayed documents. Do not treat an example as an operational support or secure-delivery service.
Our social links are ordinary links to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube, not embedded social feeds. Following a link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. The same applies to other linked services and apps.
Contracted AI services
The CPAI Host manages automations, workflows, agents, and AI Employees. The local LLM host service provides conversational AI in a client-controlled environment. Before processing begins, the service scope identifies approved information sources, access permissions, AI models and providers, processing routes, and retention responsibilities.
The Host is available with or without PII sanitation. The sanitation tier is included with AI Employees. Where sanitation is included, configured personal information is masked before approved external model processing. Its coverage depends on the agreed configuration and testing. Website inquiries and ordinary email correspondence do not pass through that client-service sanitation route.

CPAI Engineer engagements may involve support messages, tickets, time entries, device information, diagnostic records, and documented changes. Before service begins, the engagement must identify authorized access, approved systems and providers, retention and deletion responsibilities, and permitted uses of support records. Teams, Slack, remote-access tools, and backups may also process information.
This website policy does not authorize access to a client's systems or records. Support history used to improve procedures remains subject to the client's agreed permissions and information-handling requirements.
Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, email, and other providers involved in a requested service process information needed to perform their roles. Information may also be disclosed as needed to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, or to address fraud and security threats. The public website does not include a data-sale or targeted-advertising integration.
Retention and security
Inquiry correspondence is retained according to its purpose, any resulting engagement, and applicable recordkeeping or dispute needs. Hosting logs and backups depend on the relevant provider and service configuration. Client-service retention and deletion responsibilities belong in the applicable agreement.
No website, email system, private AI environment, or transmission method guarantees zero risk. Do not use a public inquiry form as a channel for credentials or confidential records.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to ask about information you have supplied, request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing correspondence. We may need to verify your request. Legal obligations and permitted exceptions may affect what can be deleted or provided. Rights and response requirements depend on the law that applies to you and the business; this policy does not limit those rights.
Children and policy changes
The website is intended for business and community audiences, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. Changes to this policy will appear with an updated date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by applicable law.
