Put AI to work. Keep control.

CERTIFIED PRIVATE AI ENGINEER

CPAI Engineer:
AI-Powered Tech Support.

Tell CPAI Engineer what is wrong. It checks supported systems, works through approved fixes, and guides your team when someone needs to press a button or reconnect a cable.

A dedicated private computer runs the AI support system for your company. You set the systems it can reach and the actions it can take. Automated monitoring and chat response can be configured around the clock; your agreement sets coverage, response targets, and human support hours.

EVERYDAY SUPPORT

Start with a message.

Use the CPAI console or your private support channel in your approved Microsoft Teams or Slack workspace. Describe the problem in your own words. You do not need to diagnose it or fill out a separate ticket form to get started. CPAI Engineer creates a support ticket, adds time entries as work proceeds, and documents each technical fix so your team has a clear service history.

“Computer-1 can't print to the main printer.”

  1. It checks. With approved remote access, CPAI Engineer checks the computer and printer settings to find the cause.
  2. It explains. It tells you what it found and what the proposed fix will change.
  3. It acts within permission. It performs pre-approved fixes. Changes outside those permissions require approval or a technician.
  4. You confirm. It checks the result and asks you to confirm anything it cannot see, such as whether a test page printed.
  5. It updates the ticket. Time entries and technical notes record the problem, findings, approvals, each fix, and how the result was verified.

For example, clearing a stuck print queue can discard waiting jobs. CPAI Engineer explains that impact and follows your approval rules before acting. This walkthrough illustrates a supported workflow, not a measured customer result.

SUPPORT THAT DEVELOPS WITH YOUR BUSINESS

Front-line help today.
Deeper support over time.

CPAI Engineer starts as your front-line support, following approved procedures informed by industry best practices and the needs of your systems. Tickets, time entries, and documented fixes build a support history your team can use again.

It learns from that history through reviewed updates to its knowledge and troubleshooting procedures. Successful fixes can inform future investigations, while recurring problems help identify where a longer-term improvement may be needed.

As those procedures are tested and approved, its support can expand from simple fixes to deeper diagnostics, complex troubleshooting, and proposed system improvements. New capabilities and permissions are deliberately approved; they do not expand automatically. The aim is to become the engineer your team relies on, with people responsible for consequential changes.

WHEN PHYSICAL HELP IS NEEDED

Your hands and eyes.
CPAI Engineer's guidance.

Guided help: your boots on the ground

You or someone in your office works with CPAI Engineer as its on-site hands and eyes. It handles the troubleshooting steps it can perform remotely. You describe what you see and carry out simple, safe physical checks under its guidance.

For example: “Find the printer's network cable. Confirm it is the cable we identified. Disconnect it, reconnect it, then tell me which lights come on.” It gives one instruction at a time and checks your answer before continuing.

You do not have to become a tech expert. If a step is unclear or you are not comfortable, stop and ask for a Certified Private AI technician. Any repair or task requiring special training must be handled by a Certified Private AI technician qualified for that work. If a licensed specialist is required, the technician coordinates the appropriate referral.

Optional: a Certified Private AI technician

Prefer a person to handle it? You can request a technician. Human assistance is also needed when a problem falls outside the service's approved capabilities or requires professional repair.

Technician time is billed in 15-minute increments, with itemized time records. Call for pricing and availability. Additional work follows your service agreement.

Community discounts are available to eligible community leaders, business owners, and Chamber of Commerce members serving the community. Ask whether optional technician work is covered by your discount. Your proposal confirms the discount and included services.

CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY

You decide what it can access.

The AI computer is dedicated to your company. Connections to outside services must be approved. Support access is restricted, and diagnostic actions and changes are recorded.

Your Teams or Slack workspace, devices, backups, and approved support tools may also process or store information. We map those connections before use. Never paste passwords into chat; access is arranged through an approved secure method.

Certification applies only to the local LLM host service. CPAI Engineer receives the maintenance, support, and testing defined in its service agreement.
