Put AI to work. Keep control.

REAL ESTATE

Real estate.
Useful work, defined.

A 45-minute discovery call plus a written report: your lead, showing, and closing map, a data-exposure review, automation priorities ranked by value, the tools list, and a setup checklist. The assessment call is advisory; implementation follows an agreed scope and your approval.

YOUR INDUSTRY MENU

Choose the service level.

A CPAI Host is required to manage the work, including scheduling and reporting. Sanitation depends on the service. The sanitation tier is included with AI Employees.

A human approves outward messages before sending. Timing and integration details are confirmed in the implementation scope.

Listing prices, negotiations, and contractual commitments remain with the licensed real-estate professional.

Call for pricing

Calls and after hours

1. After-hours call answering with morning message queue

Answers calls outside normal office hours, records the caller's message for staff review in the morning, and flags urgent matters through the agreed escalation process.

2. Phone intake for new leads

Collects a real-estate lead's contact information, buying or selling plans, timeline, and urgency for follow-up by the team.

3. Missed-call text-back

A missed call prepares a text-back for the approved messaging process. Text only, no conversation.

4. Peak-hour overflow answering

For when the team is in showings or closings.

5. Reschedule and cancellation handling

Processes an appointment change or cancellation under the agreed scheduling rules and updates the calendar so staff can see the available time.

Speed to lead

6. Instant lead response for portal leads

A Zillow or Realtor.com lead arrives, a text draft and call task are prepared for approval.

7. Instant lead response for web form submissions

A form submission triggers an immediate text and callback task.

Showings and open houses

8. Appointment booking by phone or chat

Collects the appointment request by phone or chat, checks the configured schedule, and books an available time under the agreed booking rules.

9. Appointment reminders by SMS, email, and voice

Prepares appointment reminders through the agreed text, email, or voice process at the configured times before the appointment.

10. Showing booking and confirmations

Showing requested, booked into the agent's calendar, buyer confirmed the day before, feedback requested after.

11. Open house scheduling and follow-up

Open house scheduled, promoted to nearby leads, attendees logged, follow-up sequence runs after.

12. Post-showing feedback requests

Prepares a request for feedback from buyers or their agents after a property showing so the team can review their response.

Listings and follow-up

13. Price reduction and listing update notifications

Prepares updates for past viewers and active leads when an authorized listing-price change or other listing update is recorded.

14. Transaction milestone notifications to all parties

Contract to close, each milestone hit, a plain update goes out.

15. Post-closing review and referral requests

Closing done, satisfaction check, review request, referral ask with a simple share link.

Reviews

16. Review requests timed after closings

Prepares Google or Zillow review requests after a closing through the agreed client-feedback process.

17. Complaint interception

Dissatisfied clients are routed to staff for follow-up. Public-review access is not conditioned on satisfaction.

Billing

18. Balance and invoice reminders

Checks recorded balances, invoice due dates, and payment status, then prepares reminders about amounts that remain outstanding.

Workflows

Connects several tasks in an agreed sequence, such as collecting an inquiry, checking the required information, arranging an appointment, and preparing follow-up messages.

Example from this menu: New client onboarding.

Call for pricing

Client acquisition

1. New client onboarding

Inquiry arrives, intake is collected, verification runs, showing is booked, confirmations and prep are sent. One pipeline, no dropped handoffs.

2. Lead nurture

A lead arrives, a response is prepared for approval, qualification questions are asked, showing is booked, and non-bookers enter a follow-up sequence.

3. Buyer onboarding

Pre-approval confirmed, needs analysis completed, search alerts set, first showings booked.

4. Listing onboarding

Photos scheduled, staging checklist sent, description drafted for agent approval, listing goes live, launch announcements sent.

5. Referral intake

A referral is received, the client is contacted, details are verified, a showing or consultation is scheduled, and confirmation goes back to the referrer.

6. Expired and FSBO outreach

Expired listings and for-sale-by-owner leads found, outreach sequence runs, listing presentation booked.

Transactions and listings

7. Price reduction and listing update workflow

Price change decided, listing updated everywhere, past viewers notified, new promotion push.

8. Closing and transaction milestone tracking

Contract to close tracked, milestones hit, all parties updated, documents chased.

Revenue and reputation

9. Review generation

Request honest feedback consistently. Route complaints to staff for follow-up without screening who may leave a public review.

10. Review Defense

We prepare and track disputes for reviews that may violate platform policies; the platform decides whether to remove them. Genuine reviews get a professional response. Monitoring across Google and Zillow for new reviews. Each negative review is checked against the platform's removal policies. Dispute filings are drafted for fake, spam, or policy-violating reviews, human-approved before submitting. Appeals are tracked on denials with documentation. Genuine reviews get a professional drafted response instead of a dispute.

11. Balance collection

Aging balance triggers a polite reminder sequence with a payment link, and unanswered balances escalate to staff.

Catch-all

12. Missed-call recovery

A missed call prepares a text-back for the approved messaging process, followed by qualification and booking or a queued callback. The full playbook, not just a text.

Agents

Works toward a defined goal and chooses its next step using approved information and tools. For example, it can check appointment availability and recommend how to fill an opening.

Example from this menu: Receptionist Agent.

Call for pricing

Front of house

1. Receptionist Agent

Goal: no call goes unhandled. Answers 24/7, routes to the right person, takes messages, books appointments.

2. Intake Agent

Showings and scheduling

3. Schedule Fill Agent

Goal: no empty slots. Watches cancellations, works waitlists, runs rebooking outreach.

4. Showing Coordinator Agent

Goal: no showing falls through. Coordinates showing requests, confirms with buyers and their agents, gathers feedback after.

Revenue

5. Billing Agent

Goal: healthy receivables. Sends invoices, reminds on overdue accounts, offers payment plans within brokerage policy, escalates the stubborn ones to staff.

Reputation

6. Reputation Agent

Goal: five-star presence and damage control. Times review requests after closings, routes dissatisfied clients to staff for follow-up, drafts responses for the team to approve.

After hours

7. After-Hours Triage Agent

Goal: safe after-hours handling. Assesses urgency against team protocols, books the routine, escalates the urgent to the on-call agent, documents everything. It routes. It never makes commitments.
