Inquiry arrives, conflict check runs, consultation is booked, engagement letter and retainer go out, intake documents are collected, welcome sequence sends. One pipeline, no dropped handoffs.
A lead arrives, a response is prepared for approval, qualification questions are asked, consultation is booked, no-shows enter a follow-up sequence.
Accident inquiry arrives, case screening questions run, statute-of-limitations flag is set, attorney review is queued, retainer goes out on approval.
Case type identified, document checklist generated, eligibility pre-screen completed, consultation booked.
Matter opened, checklist generated, requests sent, received documents filed to the matter, missing items chased automatically.
Engagement letter generated, sent for signature, filed on return, retainer payment linked.
Deadline entered, reminders fire to attorney and staff at set intervals, client is notified, confirmation logged.
Milestone hit, client gets a plain-English update, next steps are set, file is noted.
Matter closes, satisfaction check branches. Happy clients get the review request. Unhappy ones go to the managing attorney first.

Works toward a defined goal and chooses its next step using approved information and tools. For example, it can check appointment availability and recommend how to fill an opening.
Example from this menu: AI Intake Agent.
Goal: every inquiry captured and qualified. Answers 24/7, screens case type, runs conflict-check intake, books consultations, separates the urgent (custody, arrest, accident) from the routine.

Goal: zero missed deadlines. Tracks court and filing deadlines, reminds attorney and staff at set intervals, confirms the client was notified.
Goal: healthy receivables. Sends invoices, reminds on overdue accounts, requests retainer replenishment, offers payment plans within firm policy.
Goal: five-star presence. Times review requests consistently after completed matters, routes dissatisfied clients to staff for follow-up, drafts responses for the firm to approve.
Goal: zero unresolved complaints. Detects unhappy clients through post-milestone satisfaction checks, sentiment flags in client messages, and review monitoring. An unhappy signal prepares private follow-up for staff approval. Review invitations follow consistent criteria regardless of satisfaction. Complaints are triaged by type (billing, communication, outcome, staff), with urgent ones routed to the managing attorney the same day. Each complaint becomes a logged case with a follow-up sequence until the client confirms resolution. The firm gets a monthly pattern report showing which attorneys, matter types, and stages generate complaints.
Goal: safe after-hours handling. Assesses urgency against firm protocols, books the routine, escalates the urgent to the on-call attorney, documents everything. It routes. It never advises.
