Put AI to work. Keep control.

HEALTHCARE

Healthcare.
Useful work, defined.

A 45-minute discovery call plus a written report: your workflow map, a data-exposure review, automation priorities ranked by value, the tools list, and a setup checklist. The assessment call is advisory; implementation follows an agreed scope and your approval.

YOUR INDUSTRY MENU

Choose the service level.

A CPAI Host is required to manage the work, including scheduling and reporting. Sanitation depends on the service. The sanitation tier is included with AI Employees.

A human approves outward messages before sending. Timing and integration details are confirmed in the implementation scope.

Clinical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice remain with authorized clinicians.

Tracks recorded specialist referrals and prepares follow-up to check appointment progress and flag outstanding steps for staff.

Reviews

17. Post-visit review requests for Google and Healthgrades

Call for pricing

Patient acquisition

1. New patient onboarding

An inquiry comes in, intake is collected, insurance is verified, the appointment is booked, confirmations and reminders are set, first-visit prep is sent. One pipeline, no dropped handoffs.

2. Lead nurture

A web or ad lead arrives, a response is prepared for approval, qualification questions are asked, booking is offered, and non-bookers enter a follow-up sequence.

Scheduling

3. Recare workflow

Overdue patients are identified, multi-touch outreach goes out across SMS, email, and voice, then booking and confirmation. Hygiene chairs stay full.

4. Waitlist management

A cancellation is detected, the waitlist is prioritized by urgency and fit, outreach goes in order, the slot is filled, confirmations are sent.

5. Referral intake

A referral is received, the patient is contacted, insurance is checked, the specialist visit is scheduled, and confirmation goes back to the referring office.

Clinical

6. Pre-visit prep

48 hours out the visit is confirmed, forms are sent, insurance is re-verified, missing items are flagged to staff, and a day-of checklist is ready.

7. Post-visit follow-up

The visit completes, care instructions are sent, a recovery check-in goes out, a review request is queued, and treatment plan follow-up is scheduled.

8. Prescription refill workflow

A request arrives, patient and medication are verified, it is routed to the provider, approval is given, the pharmacy is notified, the patient is confirmed. Approval loop on every send.

9. Lab and imaging results

Results land, the provider reviews, the patient gets the approved notification, follow-up is scheduled if needed. Approval gate before the patient hears anything.

Revenue

10. Treatment plan acceptance

The plan is presented, the estimate is sent, a follow-up sequence runs, financing options are offered, treatment is booked.

11. Balance collection

An aging balance triggers a polite reminder sequence with a payment link, and unanswered balances escalate to staff.

12. Insurance claim follow-up

The claim is tracked, denials are flagged, an appeal is drafted and resubmitted. Denied claims are found money.

Reputation and admin

13. Review generation

After the visit, request honest feedback consistently. Route complaints to the office manager for follow-up without screening who may leave a public review.

14. Missed call recovery

A missed call prepares a text-back for the approved messaging process, followed by booking or a queued callback.

15. Patient reactivation

Dormant patients are identified, a win-back campaign runs, booking is offered.

16. Review Defense

We prepare and track disputes for reviews that may violate platform policies; the platform decides whether to remove them. Genuine reviews get a professional response. Monitoring across Google and Healthgrades for new reviews. Each negative review is checked against the platform's removal policies. Dispute filings are drafted for fake, spam, or policy-violating reviews, human-approved before submitting. Appeals are tracked on denials with documentation. Genuine reviews get a professional drafted response instead of a dispute.
